
CLASS CANCELLATION
CLASS CANCELLATION: Classes are subject to cancellation if minimum enrollment is not met. If St. Charles Adult and Community Education cancels a class, you will be notified by phone and/or email. You can receive a full refund of your registration fee, transfer to another class, or receive a credit for future use.
REFUND POLICY
Non-Refundable Deposit:
Any course with a non-refundable deposit will forfeit the deposit if canceled. The remaining balance will be refunded if the ACE office is notified at least two full business days before the class start date; otherwise, it is non-refundable. You may choose to keep your funds on credit for future use; in that case, the deposit will not be forfeited. Credits must be used within 12 months of the cancellation. All standard cancellation rules apply.
All Other Courses:
To receive a refund, you must notify the ACE office at least two full business days before the class start date. A $10 cancellation fee will apply; otherwise, the full balance is non-refundable. If you choose to keep your funds on credit for future use, the $10 fee is waived. Credits must be used within 12 months of the cancellation. All standard cancellation rules apply.
WEATHER CLOSURES
In the case of inclement weather, the City of St. Charles R-VI School District’s closing schedule is generally followed. If canceled, classes will be rescheduled, and you will be notified.
