These dances are performed with partners where one is the “leader,” and the other is the “follower”. You’ll be a master in no time and will be dancing your nights away! This class is for couples. If you have always wanted to learn to how to dance with a partner, then Easy Social Dance is the class for you. We’ll explore several easy dances that will allow you to dance to anything, while learning techniques to move smoothly and to lead or follow with confidence. Dress shoes are recommended. A partner is required. Must register separately.
Want to learn to Line Dance? This class will teach you the correct footwork and the most popular line moves danced at events throughout the region. Line dancing is also a great way to get your cardio workout while having fun and making new friends. You don’t need prior experience. No partner is required.
If you are an experienced beginner, come join us at this session where you will continue to build your footwork knowledge while learning improver line dances. These dances are performed regularly at line dance events throughout the region. You will have fun as well as get some great exercise when you “Keep the Line Going”! No partner is required.
Grab a partner and learn the popular universal rhythm dance that is beginner friendly and danced to fast swing music, including rock and roll, and boogie-woogie. East Coast Swing brings forth a buoyant carefree movement that is contagious and may be danced comfortably over a wide range of tempos and variations. A partner is required. Must register separately.
