For courses lasting less than eight weeks, you must notify the ACE office at least two full business days before the class start date to receive a refund. A $10 cancellation fee will be applied. If you choose to keep your funds on account for later use, we will waive the $10 cancellation fee. We will not issue refunds, transfers, or credits if you request a cancellation less than two full business days before the class starts.
For courses lasting eight weeks or longer, a non-refundable registration fee applies. If you elect to cancel the course, you must notify the ACE office to receive a refund of the remaining balance. If the request is received less than two full business days before the start of class, no refunds, transfers, or credits will be issued.
