This class teaches how a small engine works, what often goes wrong, how to identify problems, what parts and tools you will need to fix it, and more. Small engine repair may be the key to leaf blower repair, trimmers, power lawnmowers, snow blowers, chainsaws, generators, etc.

Learn how to diagnose and repair common issues in small engines. This hands-on class covers fuel and electrical system basics, troubleshooting techniques, tune-ups, valve adjustments, carburetor work, and routine engine care and maintenance. To work on in class, bring your 2-cycle equipment (mower, trimmer, chainsaw) or 4-cycle engine (tiller, riding mower).
