We all have individual body structures, health issues, and injuries, and our postures should be aligned accordingly. Foundations of Yoga is a slow-paced class that will allow you to feel confident and comfortable by understanding the most common poses (asana) and proper alignment. No matter your yoga goals or what style you prefer to practice, this class will properly prepare you for your yoga journey ahead! The supply list will be provided on the invoice.
Yin Yoga is a practice that focuses on compressing and stretching the connective tissues, ligaments, joints, deep fascial networks, and bones, which is essential to achieve optimal health and well-being. In Yin Yoga, each pose (asana) is performed while seated or lying on the floor and held for 1.5 to 5 minutes. Although it can be intense for some, Yin Yoga is a meditative practice that teaches mindfulness. This practice is suitable for all skill levels. The supply list will be provided on the invoice.

Learning to de-stress and let things go is essential for our well-being and emotional and physical health. This class provides guided meditation to help you release tension and stress from your body and mind. You will experience both seated and reclined postures (known as asanas) that incorporate Yin and Somatics techniques. Yin involves compressing the deep connective tissues to promote relaxation once released, while Somatics aims to release tension from your muscles. The supply list will be provided on the invoice.
Qi gong is a powerful total mind-body practice that helps balance the energy within your body by utilizing postures and coordinated breaths. Not only do these exercises improve overall well-being, but they may also: improve fitness, reduce anxiety, and depression, lower blood pressure, relieve chronic pain, strengthen immune and respiratory systems, develop awareness, and more.
Prerequisite: Qi gong for Foundational Health
This course emphasizes holistic healing regulating different organs and meridians within your body. You’ll experience numerous physical and emotional benefits, including reduced stress, improved flexibility, increased strength, better circulation, and enhanced mental clarity. At the end of this course, you’ll have techniques to help maintain and improve your health and bring joy and peace of mind to your daily life.
Prerequisite: Qi gong for Foundational Health
This form of Qi gong is an excellent option for strengthening the heart, lubricating joints, and combating arthritis. These slower movements precondition the core, calm inflammation, reduce stress, and promote the circulation of essential fluids in the body for optimal heart health.

Continue the cultivation explored in Qi gong for Strong Heart and Joints 1, adding flexibility to improve your range of motion. Performing the smooth routines in this course is easy on your joints, is a relaxing way to improve your flexibility and balance, and can help decrease pain and improve your mood.
