WEAVING

Weaving offers a unique medium for artistic expression to unleash your creativity and reflect your style! This is an interactive class where students are free to express, share, play, and explore through the art of tapestry weaving. Looms are supplied for classroom use. No experience is necessary.   The supply list will be provided on the invoice.

Begin exploring the world of basket weaving! You will be guided through the foundational skills and learn basic basket structure along with tips on shaping and handling weaving materials, the use of natural dyes, and how to get various colors. By the end of the course, you will have created a small-sized basket by using at least one of four traditional weaving techniques: coiling, plaiting, twining, and wicker. Join the fun and create something beautiful. No experience is necessary. The supply list is printed on the invoice.
