Students are introduced to Residential Wiring skills, focusing on basic electrical safety, basic electrical theory, and residential wiring concepts concurrent with the 2020 National Electrical Code. Students will learn how to install electrical systems safely in residential areas, including the proper techniques for wiring and the use of common materials and equipment. Through lectures and hands-on labs, students must understand raceway and wiring installation aspects such as codes, safety, and industry practices. WIOA Approved

Courses under eight weeks must notify the ACE office at least two full business days before the class start date to receive a refund. A $10 cancellation fee will be applied. If you elect to keep your funds on account for future use, the $10 cancellation fee will be waived. If the request is received less than two full business days before the start of class, no refunds, transfers, or credits will be issued.
If you elect to keep your funds on account for future use, you will be granted a one-time transfer for your deposit/registration fee. No refunds, transfers, or credits will be granted on or after the course start date.
