This training is divided into 2 parts, and it will cover the following topics:
CPR—This course aims to identify life-threatening emergencies and how to provide prompt care. The course covers adult, child, and infant CPR with AED certification. Participants will practice techniques on the floor, so comfortable clothing is recommended.
Stop the Bleed—Bleeding injuries can occur at any location. Rather than being a bystander, you can take action by becoming an immediate responder. This course will teach you how to identify life-threatening bleeding and respond promptly and effectively to control it.

The American Heart Association’s (AHA) updated Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) Course, in line with the 2020 AHA guidelines, provides an instructor-led experience with videos and simulated pediatric emergencies. Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) is an intensive program that expands on Basic Life Support (BLS) principles, focusing on the crucial role of continuous, high-quality CPR in life-saving situations. Participants undergo hands-on training and simulated cases to enhance proficiency in recognizing and intervening during critical scenarios like cardiopulmonary arrest, immediate post-cardiac arrest, acute arrhythmia, stroke, and acute coronary syndromes.
