The average age of the 1st time home buyer has gone up to 40, and is increasing! Lack of understanding and affordability have been the key drivers for this.
In this class, you will learn all of the perceived barriers to becoming a homeowner earlier in life and how to overcome them from the decision makers approving your mortgage application.
You will learn:
• Credit and how it factors into affordability.
• How much you can afford.
• Down payment assistance programs and
other down payment strategies
• The process of buying a home.
• Understand the service providers necessary
to make a safe investment of a home.
THE OUTCOME
By the end of this course, you’ll have a clear plan to move from “thinking about buying” to confidently owning a home—without guesswork, confusion, or wasted time.
