5K-Keepin’ it Healthy
Keepin’ It Healthy is a 5K beginning running class that teaches and motivates you to run into a healthy lifestyle. Along with learning running techniques to complete a 5K marathon, each class will have a 30 minute discussion on various nutrition topics. Topics include, how to read food labels, why diets don’t work, and much more!

Resistance Band Training for Seniors
This 30-minute total body exercise class for senior adults is designed to give participants improved muscle strength and tone, flexibility, balance, stamina, improved bone density, as well as aiding in weight management. The structure of the class includes standing, bending, and/or seated chair exercises with continuous movement involving large muscle groups, as well as activities facilitating a greater range of motion around joints.

Seniors B.E.S.T. (Balance, Endurance, Stretch/Flex Training)
This 30-minute total body exercise class for senior adults puts movements to music using techniques that emphasize balance, abdominal strength, and muscle control to enhance and support activities of daily life. All movements performed within this class are done from a standing or chair sitting position.
