Start your weekend with an energetic and core-strengthening vinyasa flow! Class begins with centering breathwork and gentle stretching and then flows through a series of basic/intermediate postures to engage the mind and body. Emphasis on strengthening and toning the core and synching the breath to movement. Modifications and alternatives are offered to make the class accessible for most levels.
