Classes are subject to cancellation if minimum enrollment is not met. If St. Charles Adult and Community Education cancels a class, you will be notified by phone and/or email. You will be given the option to receive a full refund of your registration fee, transfer to another class, or receive a credit for future use.
To withdraw your registration and receive a refund, you must notify the office at least two full business days before the class begins. A $10 cancellation fee will be applied. If you elect to keep your funds on account for future use, the $10 cancellation fee will be waived (limitations do apply). If the request is received less than two full business days prior to the start of class, no refunds, transfers, or credits will be issued.
