CLASS CANCELLATION
Courses not meeting the minimum enrollment requirement are subject to cancellation. Staff will notify students by email and phone if the ACE program cancels a course. You can receive a full refund of your registration fee, transfer to another course, or receive a credit for future use.

CLASS WITHDRAWAL
Students must notify the ACE office at least two full business days before the course start date to withdraw from the course and to receive a refund. A $10 cancellation fee applies. For courses that are eight weeks or longer, the deposit/registration fee is non-refundable. Cancellation fees will be waived if you elect to keep your funds on account for a future course. In this instance, you will be granted a one-time transfer, and all existing cancellation policy rules will apply. If the request to withdraw from a course is received less than two full business days before the course start date, NO refunds, transfers, or credits will be issued.

INCLEMENT WEATHER
If classes are canceled due to inclement weather, the ACE program generally, but not always follows the City of St. Charles R-6 School District closure schedule. Be sure to check for day and evening class closings on our website. If canceled, classes will be rescheduled.
