Self-Defense – Chin’na for Women
You will be introduced to the principal elements of martial training in relation to self defense. Get a better understanding of the use of energy in coordination with body dynamics that will improve your focus and approach to self defense situations. You will not only develop confidence but you will view self-defense from a different perspective.

Seniors B.E.S.T. (Balance, Endurance, Stretch/Flex Training)
This 30-minute total body exercise class for senior adults puts movements to music using techniques that emphasize balance, abdominal strength, and muscle control to enhance and support activities of daily life. All movements performed within this class are done from a standing or chair sitting position.

Resistance Band Training for Seniors
This 30-minute total body exercise class for senior adults is designed to give participants improved muscle strength and tone, flexibility, balance, stamina, improved bone density, as well as aiding in weight management. The structure of the class includes standing, bending, and/or seated chair exercises with continuous movement involving large muscle groups, as well as activities facilitating a greater range of motion around joints.

5K-Keepin’ it Healthy
Keepin’ It Healthy is a 5K beginning running class that teaches and motivates you to run into a healthy lifestyle. Along with learning running techniques to complete a 5K marathon, each class will have a 30-minute discussion on various nutrition topics. Topics include how to read food labels, why diets don’t work, and much more!

Healthy Movement Exercise
Having a strong core helps prevent injury, but it’s an area many people don’t know how to effectively strengthen. Come and learn a workout program that takes little to no equipment. These functional core exercises are safe, effective, and will help you move better in your daily life.
