Do you want to achieve the benefits of good health? Join us in this slower paced class using simple yoga poses that will help you increase strength and muscle tone while achieving physical, mental and emotional relaxation. You will move at a steady pace, slowly cycling though a series of floor based or seated asanas and some standing poses. While the intensity may be lower, the focus and commitment are high. This class is appropriate for all levels and ages.

Beginner Yoga: Vinyasa Flow
This fun, engaging class for all fitness levels teaches the basics of Vinyasa yoga. You’ll learn the correct alignment for integral poses and how to connect these poses to breath. Special emphasis will be placed on moving in and out of postures safely. Discover how relaxing yoga can make you feel.
