NEW Getting Started: Colored Pencil Drawing
Color pencils are very versatile and can be applied to a variety of surfaces. In this introductory class, we’ll spend time exploring the colored pencil medium and technique with small drawing pieces and then move on to larger projects. These techniques will give you the skills to create real artwork with a simple tool! Supply list provided.

Absolutely anyone can learn to draw! This basic drawing class emphasizes the form and shape of static objects using a light source and shadow to define perspective, dimensions, explore line, tone, texture, and shading with pencil. Basic drawing principles of composition, form, line quality, light and shade are also covered thoroughly. Supply list provided.

Creating Art with Pastels
Pastels are one of the most versatile mediums for creating art. In this course, you will learn basic techniques, how pastels work together, and how to convey three-dimensional form, depth, and mood in their drawings. We’ll focus on learning how to apply pastels to your artwork and enjoy ourselves in the process! Supply list provided.

Pen & Ink Techniques for Beginners
In this class, you will learn the basics of pen handling and use, as well as beginner drawing concepts of linework, hatching, composition, form, shading, perspective, etc. Start with how to capture form using contour lines and make your work more expressive with gesture lines. Learn methods for building value quickly, as well as how to achieve incredible detail. Supply list provided.
