We offer classes in automotive and small engine repair, where you will learn how to cut and weld, and repair minor dings and dents in that project car, and work on repairing your own small engine in our Two and Four-Cycle Engine Repair class.
NEW Autobody Cutting and Welding
If you have a project car that requires patch panels, rust repair, or welding, this course is for you! With both classroom instruction and hands-on shop experience, you’ll learn MIG welding and plasma- cutting techniques and make templates for simple rust patch panels. The course also covers plug welds, lap welds, and butt joints with backing type welds.

Minor Ding and Dent Repair
Are you restoring an old car? Learn to repair minor dings and dents, use auto tools to straighten small dents, mix and apply fillers and prep surfaces for primer. The course includes classroom instruction and shop time.

Two and Four-Cycle Engine Repair
Do you want to repair your own small engines? In this class, you’ll learn to diagnose engine problems, understand the fuel and electrical systems and troubleshoot tune-ups, valve jobs, carburetors, and engine care and maintenance. Bring your own 2-cycle (mower, string trimmer, chainsaw) or 4-cycle (tiller, riding mower) to class.
